Terms and Conditions

 

1. A non refundable deposit for the holiday is required to secure your place when booking, with the balance payable upon arrival.

 

2. We cannot accept liability for:
- Cancellations, delays or changes caused by any events beyond our control.
- Medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.

- Loss of, or damage to, personal property.


3. Whilst we try and resell any place that is cancelled, our places are limited and so we must apply a cancellation charge which is 100% of the holiday price if less than 15 working days prior to commencement of the holiday. Please Contact me if you need to cancel or change your booking.
In the most unlikely event that I am forced to cancel your holiday, the deposit will be refunded in full. Where I am unavailable due to ill health I will make every attempt to contract a teacher of similar professional standard or replace the class given.

4. If you have any major physical, medical or emotional illness or are under medical supervision you must notify us of the details at the time of booking. Where appropriate we may request a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel. Persons attending my art holidays and breaks do so entirely at their own risk. Non disclosure of information can invalidate your insurance. If you are in doubt as to the suitability of any of our classes to your medical condition, please consult your doctor.

5. In order to participate in these holidays, all clients must have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance in place prior to travel
